Since I regularly review Christian films on my blog this 2-part podcast series is of interest to me.
I’ve listened to the first episode and I can tell you it’s top-notch.
Chris Staron has done a great job with the entire podcast and this one, in particular, is worth a listen.
One statement in the podcast by Rich Christiano got a reaction from me:
I’d like to see Stephen Spielberg take $400,000 and make a movie. Let’s see how good he does.
Frankly, I think he’d do a great job. He’s an accomplished filmmaker and while a film’s budget is a major factor in how good a film looks I think a director’s talent and the actors’ talent play a much larger part.
All that being said, check out Truce, I think you’re really going to enjoy it.

I originally posted this article on May 24th, 2018. This was the day before Solo: A Star Wars Story officially premiered in the United States.
Since then, I’ve had some interesting conversations with people about my list (and theirs). I’m reevaluating my thoughts on all the films. I doubt any of the new films will ever surpass Star Wars or The Empire Strikes Back but after listening to some analysis of The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi I may need to reconsider my rankings.
Some re-watches are in order. This list is in flux but here it is. All the Star Wars movies from Best to Worst. Continue reading “All Star Wars Movies Ranked From Best to Worst”

I was pretty tough on The Last Jedi in my “Homeschool Dad” review of it. It’s a flawed movie but there were some things about The Last Jedi that I really liked. Continue reading “3 Things I Liked (and Some Things I Didn’t) About The Last Jedi – 10 the Podcast”
When it comes to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), people often forget about the “TV shows” on Netflix. While there is no direct crossover, there are references in the Netflix series’ to the movies that tie them to the MCU.
Since I’ve ranked the movies I thought it would be appropriate to rank the TV shows too. Continue reading “Marvel Netflix TV Series Ranked”
